I had raised this issue last year wherein the jukaso had not met the required service standards and requested for refund. They were not willing to refund full amount.
I tried therefore to use it. Initially when i asked for booking, they said it has to be made substantially ahead of travel. When i asked for the booking about 3 months before travel to udaipur and delhi, they told us to raise the request within a month of travel only. When i tried booking 3weeks before the date, they said the entire property is full. This is nothing but a tactic to fill the resort beforehand and if any rooms are left, then give it to members.
This is intolerable. I raised this issue with them again, but till now they have not responded.
I was willing to give them a second chance, but they have disappointed again.
