On dated 12apr23, i visited to Jamboking outlet near Dadar station and buy 1 burger, 1french fry and 1 cold drink total amount -218 asked me to pay. After bill paid i requested for bill then he said that machine is not working and unable to give the bill.
Then i request to share me invoice over mobile/whatsapp. But he start pretending and said i am 5th class pass only.. i don't know any thing. I asked yo cancel my order or arrange the call with your seniors. But then he start shouting ans said nothing will be cancel nor bill will be given.. you can do what you want.
I clicked the bill photos from system and other registration and purchase.
I never expected such rude behaviour from renowned brand.. we always prefer to buy from genuine source and expect that they will treat as customer..l have all evidence to present.
There must. be strong action and resolution.
