The manager at jumboking Andheri East did not help me in ordering a free signature burger which was in fact a legal thing because jumboking provides points on every order and if you get a certain amount of points accumulated you can get free food. So I had 1063 points accumulated and for that I could get a free signature burger. But this person refused to give me that by saying the system is not working, otp is not being provided by the system. I told him to use the other machine then he placed a wrong order to see if the machine is working correctly. As expected I got the otp he then tells me that system is not showing if you get it or not. I am like the system is showing it I could see it because it had a screen in front so that the customers can also see if the order is correct or not. Then he is like no no my system is not showing, my system does not work like that and I am like I am have been eating the jumbo king burgers since a year now and yo u are telling me that I don’t know the system. He was so rude and just doesn’t want to give the free burger.

In navi Mumbai's Airoli there is an Jumboking in Reliable tech park, there is an jumbo King, today mean on Friday I received an WhatsApp message from Jumboking saying on Friday you will get buy 1 get 1 free burger and it's available on premium burger, so visited the store and they said that this offer is not applicable here please go outside it's available there, I mean if you don't want to give any free burgers in an corporate office canteens then why are you guys making false ad, on the ads it's showing this offer is available on all Jumboking outlets, then why not on this particular Airoli's Jumboking the staff here very rude.

I have ordered thick shake and french fries with burger and when I asked for the fries which have not been delivered den he told to return 70 rs of fries and when I didn't accept that bcoz of I have ordered and paid him d delivery charge and taxes also den he is lyk order once again and den only I will send u that one also means I have to compensate d jumbokings branch owner mistake and den too he didn't send me d fries nor compansation and on the top of that giving bad words to a lady ...

I ordered this burger from the Central Secretariat Metro Station New Delhi and when I asked for the total bill, my bill was ₹99.
I asked him for my ₹1 back. To which the girl replied that she didn't have change of ₹1. I normally a discuss with the girl they should keep in change. otherwise keep at least the candy jar even though you have to give ₹1 change. The boy who was working there very rudely threw a ₹2 coin at me. I...

Previously the staff was polite and well behaved but now the new guy I asked for a Bombay burger but he said no we don't give Bombay burger and was forcing me to buy a chesse burger, even other customers who wanted Bombay burger but was forced to buy chesse burger. I would like to ask you what you guys taught them just to force people to pay for what they don't like it was a rude behaviour. I am not going to buy from them ever again.

Previously the service is ok, but now has the staff has changed in kalamboli Navi mumbai the service is not good ..They are giving the burger, fries etc directly in hand to eat as we are eating vadapav . No tray or anything provided to keep it .If we are asking for tray they are saying it's been closed, we asked reason so they are saying because no one is there to wash it ..plz look to it as soon as possible ...now the taste has also changed and I don't think that this they way to talk to customer 🥲💔

A few days ago I have bought Oreo milkshake from jumbo King located in virar west besides platform no 2 . While I was drinking it I have found a French fries stick. I even complaint to the owner but he didn't even took my complaint didn't refunded my amount nor served me another milkshake. Such a shameful act from Jumbo King please take the action immediately. Thank you, very much disappointed.

We visited JK in Kalyan opp to Maxi ground. We had ordered 4 burger, 1 fries and 2 soft drink. As we were enjoying the food my daughter opened the lid of glass that had sprit. For our surprises there were arround 20 particles which were black in colour. My daughter was horrified and in state of shock. When we went at the counter the reply was pathetic. He casually said it might have come . May be while cleaning the knob of machine the particles might of fallen. Very bad . Would have atleast expected an apology or some concern. Brands like sprite being served in such bad state. The store and it's manager need to be penalised. And they need to cautious to ensure they don't risk lives of their customers.

I was hungry at Kalkaji Metro Station so I buy a combo burger but the shopkeeper asked gave me paneer burger for which I've denied to accept as I've asked him to give me cheese burger
As cheese burger combo is of 99
And he gave me only a paneer burger costs 149

Please confirm that is the Jumboking at Kalkaji Metro Station is legit or not ?

I was at Kalkaji Metro Station just to Wipeout my hunger so I buy a burger from Jumboking where there is was a offer on Tuesday so I asked him to give me combo offer
He prepared a paneer burger for me and I refused to take it
He asked me that you've to take it

So the combo I was asking was for 99 and he gave me a just a burger costs 149 which is unacceptable.

And please confirm that if it is a legal shop or not of Jumboking at Kalkaji Metro station.

On dated 12apr23, i visited to Jamboking outlet near Dadar station and buy 1 burger, 1french fry and 1 cold drink total amount -218 asked me to pay. After bill paid i requested for bill then he said that machine is not working and unable to give the bill.
Then i request to share me invoice over mobile/whatsapp. But he start pretending and said i am 5th class pass only.. i don't know any thing. I asked yo cancel my order or arrange...

I have ordered Cheesy fries and the cheese sauce is very less, the quality is very bad and they have put very less sauce in the fries.

Today I will order crispy veg JK but There were stones inside the tikki

Hello sir, my name is nitin kumar and I'm living in Delhi recently i visited jk branch in kashmiri gate metro station and there are 2 branch in this metro station so im complaining that branch who is near mc Donald'. sir actually recently i visited that JK branch 2 or 3 times and i ordered a burger there but the data entry staff is not giving bill to us and that's means they are taking money is his pocket. the scam is in large scale so pls...

Yesterday on 22/oct/2022, around 4:50 i went to Jumboking, outlet: dn Nagar metro station Jumbo king. With my brother and sister. My brother order big crunch burger for 69/- and water bottle 10/- He gave rupees 100/- note. They returned 20/- . That's fine..
Then i ordered Mumbai burger 29/-
I gave him 200/- note, instead of returning 170/-.. Jumboking guy returned me only 130/-... Yesterday i was getting too late, thats why I have to leave the place..
I want my 40/- !!!

Dear mr dheeraj MD My name is bharat resident of Mumbai. I am a regular customer at JK but unfortunately today I visited your mulund outlet which is next to hotel kapil mulund west near mulund railway station. There your staff named Ms shabnam that's what she gave her name to me was very rude and unprofessional and always on her phone talking to some friend of hers instead of attending me her jk customer. I wanted to place an order for cone icecream but because she was always busy talking on her mobile laughing and speaking loudly to her friend on mobile she could not hear me and was offering me corn burger. I repeated ten times but she would not listen and kept arguing with me and again and again shouting and abusing me rudely. It's very sad to receive such stupid and unacceptable behavior of your staff. Please take immediate and quick action against such rude staff ms shabnam or you will lose all your valuable customers one by one. Jumbo king inside andheri metro station in mumbai charged me full amount of rs 70 on ordering a veg wrap. On paying by card they asked me if need a payment receipt i replied no but when i asked for a bill copy they said the system is not working.
The computers were fully functional and running. They bluntly refused to give bill copies to me and some other customers around me.

It's been a year now I have stopped working for the company, still my pf is not clear all the documents are submitted frm the company end to the pf dept bt of dept is delaying lyk hell a person is gone on leave a person is sick all such tantrums even the head of pf dept is delaying he said it will be done within a week after week he too went on leave why is so much of inconvenience its our own money and we need to struggle this long? Better dont keep pf if they cnt jst give on time. please let me know wt is to be done .

The franchise owner said ki "Bill nahi milega machine kharab hai". I could see a computer and a receipt printer there but he refused to give me the bill. As I understand, this is unacceptable and it is my right to have the bill.
