The online portal: www.jumboshop.in is intentionally and deliberately selling counterfeit products of high end brands.
On 03/05/2015, i had ordered a ray-ban sunglasses bearing order number 2446. The product was delivered on 08/05/2015. Upon unpacking, the product has been found to be counterfeit. The very next day i raised a complaint in their helpline number ([protected]) bearing complaint number 4603. Initially they agreed to take back the product and refund me the money paid. But even after innumerous calls and repeated request for the past one month, they never turned up to take away the product and refund me the money. Now they are denying any malpractice and arguing that i have intentionally interchanged original product with a counterfeit one. They not even generate a proper vat bill or any hard copy of payment receipt.
Over the phone they said that their (www.jumboshop.in) registered physical address is: house no. 61, nodia sector 18, up 201301.
Kindly start a criminal investigation against this fraudulent jumboshop for intentionally and deliberately selling of high end brand counterfeit products. Was this information helpful? |
