Order number 3278 dated 19 may 2017 for amount 1999 delivered but with wrong product, i am tying to contact jumboshop.in all the prescribed contact methods but no response yet even email is not getting delivered. This is the last time i will connect you then i will file in consumer cell and further court too.

The online portal: www.jumboshop.in is intentionally and deliberately selling counterfeit products of high end brands.

On 03/05/2015, i had ordered a ray-ban sunglasses bearing order number 2446. The product was delivered on 08/05/2015. Upon unpacking, the product has been found to be counterfeit. The very next day i raised a complaint in their helpline number ([protected]) bearing complaint number 4603. Initially they agreed...

The company seems to be a fake one. The product is not bose but a duplicate one and does not function at all on the first day of delivery. After many many trials, i could speak to the representative at [protected].

I called and they gave me a call id and told me that someone will call me within 5-7 business days to come and collect the item. Let's see.

Jumboshop is a fake and fraud company and fooling out many people by saying that they are selling brand products. They do not provide contact numbers on the confirmation mail while products are purchased online. When we want to return the material the email id and the phone both are not correct. I bought on 8/5/2017 and it was delivered to me on 15/5/2017. The order # is 3206. I ordered one Bose SoundLink Mini Bluetooth Speaker on 23rd March 2017 with Order ID: #838 and shipment no:[protected] and it got delivered on Saturday 25th March 2017.
