I ordered some clothes from teh site on 18th Jan (Order JV0003413) havent still recieved an update on shipping or delivery. the site says that the product will be sent in 5 days. i have written to the customer care as well but no response yet. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have ordered a night dress and it's been more than 20 days now. And I still haven't received it yet. And neither am I getting any response. I have been mailing them from a while now this
