Place a prepaid order of an clothing item didn't received the product through an Instagram ad.

I came across site name Juneberry Vittorio and purchased items for which i paid via google pay. It was a fake website and it still exists. There are so many complaints online against it its shocking to see no action taken against it.

I ordered from www.juneberryvittorio.com through sponsered ad on instagram and didn't received yet. The site is also not opening. I made payment of ₹ 1096.

I had ordered a nightsuit throught this site on Jan 10th.Paid for it online.Afterwards there was no further information on my order for the product.I waited for several days and. Questioned about the product through mail, they didn't reply to that too.And now I'm getting to know that it's all fake and I already paid 500Rs.I wish to have some kind of justice on this.

I had ordered a bag and a sweater from this site after seeing their ad on Instagram. Nevertheless, it appears to be a fake company. It’s been over a month since I placed my order and nothing came my way. I mailed them with an enquiry about the order and still no response. Finally, I came to the conclusion that this was a fake company. Please do the needful.

I've ordered night suits and jacket and it's almost a month. Didn't receive any notification or track of my order.

It's been more than a month and I haven't received my order yet. I wrote so many complaints and queries regarding it in the email that was provided. I think the website is fraud and money has already been deducted from my account. Please don't order anything from this website.

I got a sponsored ad post on instagram and instantly clicked & got enticed with the products. I placed an order of Rs. 2692/- on 13th January. I received an email with confirmation and tracking number but no updates post that. The mail was received from email ID - care.[protected]@gmail.com and the website links - https://juneberryvittorio.com/

Now the website doesn't even open. Please do help so we realise which future REAL small businesses can be trusted.

I had placed an order on 27th Jan 2021 and so far there is no update about the same.

It doesn't even allow to login to the website

Kindly refund my money back

Actually I did not buy anything but, I was about to but because of no reviews or anything regarding the products or the website back then I just let that be and just saved the link to the website to make a purchase maybe later.
Now when I tried to open the website it did not open and now I see the number of complains regarding how they've looted people.
Strict actions needs to be taken against them.

I too placed an order and did not receive any reply. But this is how I got my money back.

As they have only prepaid, so we all have paid through razorpay.

Register a complaint with razorpay with payment id you have received on mail. They will refund back your money within 10 days.

Don't forget to show them your mail to juneberry.

I've not received any updates regarding my order on 21st January, 2021. From the last few days, I've been checking the website but it is not opening. The order was prepaid.

I have ordered products on 25th Jan, 2020. Received a confirmation mail that it will be delivered. But now the site is not working after making the payment. Kindly look into the matter and tell us procedure to get our money back. Below attached is the order summary.

I have placed my order on juneberryvittorio worth Rs 977 on 21st jan. Havn't received any update on my order. I wrote them an email as well but havn't received any reply.. I think they are fraud and ran away with all the money... Someone must sue them

I placed an order worth rs 900- order number JV0002141 on January 10, 2020. I have still not received any updates on the whereabouts of my bags. The internet shows this website is no longer available, neither does it exist on Instagram. Requesting serious actions regarding the same, or else we will have to file a formal police complaint against the company.

I have ordered bag on 14th jan 2021 worth rs 2000. But did not get any confirmation regarding this. And, now it is showing that this website does not exist. Please take action against this website. Its totally a fraud.

I made the payment online and received the confirmation mail, but no updates regarding the shipment and other details, I ordered my product on 22 Jan 2020, till now there is no details. I filed complaints on their portal but there is no response on such mails. They don't have any customer care number. I want my money back

Such companies should not be allowed to fake advertise on Instagram. I want action and my refund.

I have ordered 2 bags on 12th January 2021 and have not received any information or update.

I’ve ordered a bag dated 19th January 2021, apart from a text message their was no other confirmation.
Also the website now does not exist any more, so yes I got cheated on along with many others.

I placed an order on Juneberry Vittorio, merchant name- FASHIONSTREET. I received no confirmation or any communication but money has been debited from my account. They don't have a consumer complaint it grievance redressal number. Please take necessary action. It's a fake website in all probablity.

I placed an order on 4 January 2021 and have not received anything till date (28th January 2021) I sent multiple emails as well and never received a response. They do not have a phone number to connect. My order was around 1500 rs and I need a revert. This is a serious urge to kindly look into this matter....

I made order at 18/1/2021 and I haven't received any confirmation mail. All i get was a message from a number 5676775. Their email doesn't work. We cannot track the order. There is no COD options. I kindly request to take action with this website immediately.
