JUSCO — regarding the renovation of our colony road which is being dug by jusco for providing us new water connection

We the residence of shyam nagar, bhuiyadih, jamshedpur, jharkhand wants to bring to your congnizance that we have got new water connection by jusco in the month of may. Since that time our road is not being renovated. Maximum days minor accidents are taking place. Very soon it may happen as a major accident. We had complained to mr vivek the concern officer of jusco water department. But he is not taking any initiative in renovating our road. At first he has committed that he will start the renovation of the road as soon as all the residence will get the water connectio. But 2 to 3 residence are not willing to take the water connection intentionally because they will be the charged for that. Those residence are still using the illegal water connection and they are doing the missuse of the water. We have also complained about this to mr vivek and requested him to close the valve of the illegal water connection. But don't know why he is not taking any initiative in this major issue. Due to these residence mr vivek is denying to renovate the road. We are really feeling very helpless. We have also requested mr vivek that we are really dam care about there water connection because for there irresponsibility. But then also mr vivek is acting as restless. Respected concern authority please do the needful to us by solving our problem as soon as possible as we all are suffering from this a lot. We are uploading some videos and photos. Thankyou
