I have made a mobile recharge of my Airtel connection of Rs.719 on 19th December, 2023 around 10:50 pm. And mode of payment was Net-Banking. Due to some technical error or glitch transaction was a failure. And my bank has debited the amount of Rs 719/-. So I contacted the merchant (Airtel) for this transaction but they said they have not received the said amount of recharge. So i registered a complaint in my Bank with Ticket no.[protected]. on 20th december 2023. So They replied that payment was successful from their end and gave me a TRANSACTION ID :- IGAQPFXWX9.
So I registered a complain in [protected]@juspay.in But did not get any replay till date.
So I request them with the help of your medium that they look into this matter and credit Rs. 719/ as soon as possible in my bank account. Was this information helpful? |
