I have made a mobile recharge of my Airtel connection of Rs.719 on 19th December, 2023 around 10:50 pm. And mode of payment was Net-Banking. Due to some technical error or glitch transaction was a failure. And my bank has debited the amount of Rs 719/-. So I contacted the merchant (Airtel) for this transaction but they said they have not received the said amount of recharge. So i registered a complaint in my Bank with Ticket no.[protected]....

Sir, Vi mob no. [protected] recharged on vi app using sbi inb on 02/08/23 evening of ₹299 ref no IGAPZATZT1, Money deducted from account but recharge was not success till date. Pls provide refund at earliest. Thanks

Non recharge of mobile no 839xxx8154
Sir i recharged my mobile no [protected] ₹299 voucher from vi app using sbi inb on 02/08/23 evening ref no IGAPZATZT1. mobile not recharged till date nor got refund. Pls provide refund as soon as possible. Thanks

Juspay took 384 rupees from my bank account
I made an online payment of Rs. 384 from Meesho app through JUSPAY Gateway using my debit card on 27 September, 2022. No order was placed in Meesho but the money has been deducted from my account. The money is now stuck with JUSPAY for 18 days. Failed transactions are reversed immediately but they are not refunding my money till today. I also complained in my bank and Meesho. Please HELP...

Recharged done but not reflected in account

On 27/06/22, I made an online recharged of rs 254 (order id[protected])from my Airtel thanks App through Juspay safe, amount was deducted but no amount was reflected in my account till today.After deducting the amount, I Received a text stating that I will received confirmation sms within 4 hours but never received any text till today.
Next day I wrote emails to Airtel Customer/banks support many times and they suggested me to approach the concerns service provider or to contact another Airtel Customer service.
I’d wrote mails again but didn’t get satisfactory feedback from the Airtel company.
So I tried calling Juspay customer service many times but didn’t attend the calls also wrote mails but never gave any feedback.
It’s through Airtel thanks App that I made the payment via Juspay but they ignore to tackle this problem.
I didn’t know what to do next but luckily I came to know about this platform from my friend.
I have no other choice rather than to approach NCH to seek help.
So, kindly I Request you to help me to refund the amount.
The amount might be little but it’s a matter of preventing online fraudulent.

Took 5400 rupees from my bank.

I made a payment on my onecard from my Paytm for 5497 INR ( UPI ID[protected] on 13th November using juspay payment gateway on their app. The money has been deducted from my account and the merchant (onecard) said it's a failed transaction. The money is now stuck with juspay for 6 days. No one answers their phone number. Failed transactions are reversed immediately but they are not refunding my money for 6 days now. Please help.
