We urge more people to come and share their Bitter Experience if they have dealt with Just Dial. Here is one of the video that we could record in their Malad Office in Mumbai. We are one of their premium client and paid them the fee that they wanted to promote our business . As usual we paid them and there was a customer support call to verify our details and briefed the description of service. Our names were promoted when people would call for service related to our business. In few days we found no enquiries coming to us and we thought to check whether we are getting promoted or not . We realised that our name was not mentioned. We tried this for atleast 20 times and we failed to fund our name in it. Finally i called up Hemang Shah on his number # [protected] . Hemang works with Just Dial.He said that some one has out bid my contract and complete monopoly has been given to him; therefore i have to either withdraw and take my money back or opt for any other product of Just Dial. Just Dial recommends 4-5 names of businesses when a caller calls on their helpline. if you say that i need all the enquiries then they themself will suggest ; create few companies and share with us their numbers. By doing this you are fulfiling our criteria and you will get all the enquiries. Abhishek Thakkar is also another senior from just dial # [protected] who will also repeat the same terms & conditions. They are sugar sweet when it comes to taking the money from client but a real crook & shameful when it comes to following the commitment & ethics. Let us all stand against such non ethical company and stop using their service. We need to spread this to more number of people.
