[Resolved] Just Dial — regarding lead issue | |||
I have made a contract with just dial on 02-01-18 with just dial. On the same date i got an email as well as text message from just dial that my contract is activated. But any single lead from just dial is yet to be recieved. Their customer care executives are also not supportive they are saying neither your number is showing at here nor you email id. I would like to know without a number or without an email id how contract can be activated. And whatever the loss i faced who is responsible and who will compensate this.
