Justdial helping to market our product. It is very good. But it is very difficult to get resolve the small issue from customer service. Many things are not transparent here. We won't get any proper information from customer care. Simply they will tell I will forward call or I will arrange call back. But they won't do any thing.
I have taken service from them on august last year. In that month they have auto deducted ecs amount 2 times along with 2 months advance. They supposed to take only one month ecs. For this I have communicated multiple times with them but no proper answer. If I mail them I am not understanding what they responding.
This month starting I have paid ecs .Even after that since last week they have stopped service. Since one week I am trying to communicate with them but no use.
Every thing go smooth then fine here . If any small issue, we don't get any information. I don't know reason why customer service is there. Was this information helpful? |
