JustDial.com — Account closure request not accepting and ECS payment debiting monthly | |||
Several times raised request to close my Justdial Business account because we don't have given that much business to pay their monthly subscription amount. I informed them to close my account and refund my 2 months deposit. Keep on raising closer request from call and i get the acknowledgement of their mandate request successfully submitted and official approval within 2 days but they not closing my Justdial account and keep on monthly debiting ECS payment through my bank account.
