JustDial.com — Account closure request not accepting and ECS payment debiting monthly

Several times raised request to close my Justdial Business account because we don't have given that much business to pay their monthly subscription amount. I informed them to close my account and refund my 2 months deposit. Keep on raising closer request from call and i get the acknowledgement of their mandate request successfully submitted and official approval within 2 days but they not closing my Justdial account and keep on monthly debiting ECS payment through my bank account. I raise to close my ECS payment mode also no use.
Here I request you to kindly resolve this issue and give me justice for the same.
