We are from Cognizance Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Science P Ltd.
and registered for just dial services but we are not receiving inquiries. The representative also is not responding.
We were informed that SMS services will be added for our new Omni account but from the date of renewal ie., 12/06/2023 it has not been added and no information provided either.

please note that this is leading to low inquiries and thereby loss in business.

Request to send one representative on urgent basis and resolve our issue.
