I paid gas twice once online through just dial and when he came to deliver the cylinder he took cash again saying that it is not adjusted. Now bpcl is not giving refund. It's giving all sort of excuses. Sending sms that it's resolved & i'm not getting refund. My transaction id as sent by just dial is bpx4g3k4. I hope this will be resolved soon. It's more that a month and bpcl is just playing games and not refunding the amount.

The refund was given by Just Dial for my online double payment for the gas cylinder.i was so worried.But Just Dial acted promptly. I'm so Thank Judt Dial for prompt action.

Updated by Yeshua Just dial is keeping quite. Neither BPCL nor Just Dial is refunding my money. I have it in my bank statement & an SMS from Just Dial pay team that it is paid to Just Dial . I want this to be resolved now. It's more than a month now. I haven't got the refund. Is it Just Dial a fraud company or that I have to lodge my complaint again I do not know. All that I know is that Just Dial refund my money. It is taking customers money and not doing anything. Enough is enough now. I want Just dial for action. My transaction ID from Just Dial pay team is BPX4G3K4A. There is a confirmation from Just Dial of receiving the money & it's in my bank statement and it cannot deny.

Updated by Yeshua Someone from Just Dial called up and said that I would be getting the refund. And that he would be initiating the claim for refund. He called up yesterday ie 14 the of November 2019. And said that withing 24 working hours the refund claim will be raised and I will get an SMS . So far no SMS has come. Today is 16 of November 12:30 pm. He also said that it would take 10 days for the bank to process the claim. I don't know why it should take bank 10 days to process the claim. I paid thru HDFC on line net banking. I want the refund amount to be credited same way. I am just waiting.

Updated by Yeshua Today the SMS from Just Dial has come that refund has been processed. It will reflect on my bank statement within 7 days. So the refund has been given by Just Dial. I thank Just Dial for this. I'm waiting for it to reflect in bank statement.
