[Resolved] JustDial.com — change of current plan with amount transfer | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, It was 30 November 2018, when my Lifetime plan was activated for which I paid 15000₹ to Customer care executive Mr. Tarun. After contacting Mr. Rahul, Ms. Roshini and many more( I don't remember names). For offering me some other Annual plan, so that I can start my business. I am under huge monetary loss. You may no have any idea, through what type of mental agony and harrassment I have been going through these 19 days. It seems to went in deaf ears. After getting poor leads Immediately within a week I contacted customer care number for better service. Till date I have contacted more than 6-7 times verbly and 3 times in writting I have already lodged my complaints. Now, again I request you to please do the needful ASAP. Regards Aditya Sharma.
