[Resolved] JustDial.com — cheating & fraud by sales team | |||
Dear sir / madam, This is regarding our paid subscription listing in your portal by the name of dr. Jyoti gupta, acupressure therapist, kolkata (W. B.) it gives me a deep sense of pain to write to inform you that we have been cheated by your sales team and have lost trust in the system, pls note that in the month of may 2018 we were approached by your sales team for subscription, your sales representative mr. Himadri showed a presentation to us at our residence and made a discounted offer plus 1+1 year offer for a paid listing with approx 20-25 categories/key words related to acupressure treatment, on basis of his representation we agreed and paid an amount of rs. 20000/- and the subscription started, we also started getting enquiries and conversions. Subsequently after a month or so we got a call from another sale person namely ms. Amrita offering us a better package, mr. Reddy visited us and offered an upgrade offer in which he proposed that our existing subscription will remain as it is but if we agree to pay more money we will get all leads under platinum listing on categories selected by us for one year plus for the other remaining categories we will get rotational enquiries which we are getting normally valid for 2 years under the old contract which he showed us under a presentation, the price of the categories we choose were amounting to rs. 30000/- approx which he discounted and made it for rs.10000/-, we relied on his verbal representation and made the payment, after few days we observed that the enquiries were not coming as usual, after enquiring several times with ms. Amrita and others we came to know the real truth about it which was that our subscription has not been upgraded but degraded that also by paying more money, the old subscription has been replaced by the new one completely, now the amount paid by us for the old one has been used for the new one therefore effectively no discount has been given 20k + 10k = 30k, and instead of 2 years now the subscription period has been reduced to 1 year with lesser categories. This came as a big shock to us and we spoke to a lot of people in your company and ran from pillar to post but no one was able to give us a solution, our simple claim is to make changes to the subscription as committed by mr. Reddy for which we have paid already and nothing more than that, we request you to pls look into the matter and give us justice so that our trust and faith in your company is restored and also check that your representatives like mr. Reddy don’t mislead and cheat people like us for achieving their personal sales targets in future. Looking for a healthy business relationship beneficial to both.
