[Resolved] JustDial.com — complaint against activation | |||
We have opened an account for advertising through just dial. One Mr. A.Mohammed Rafiq executive handled the deal to activate our advertisement in JD. ( EXE code 10010177, TME. name Jannath ), on[protected] and we didn't received any confirmation mail or receipt as discussed till this date. The sum was above 27000 and we had paid for the three months monthly installments that was 6541 which was paid through online by us. We have receive only the customer receipt and had not got any email regarding the deal and it has not yet activated till now. Mr. Rafiq has promised us that it will be activated on 5-7-2018.
