[Resolved] JustDial.com — contract discontinue request | |||||
Dear concern, I am given contract dis-continue request through my registered email, Last 3 month before onwards i am given request and dont debit ecs also. Last month i received confirmation mail from your end that contract will be closed. Then only i would not put money that bank, but this month i have received ecs that will be bounced also. I want to be close my contract, i dont want to continue your service. I want to close immediate, hereafter i dont want to debit ecs due from my bank, I tried our chennai customer care, but here our executive said some executive will contact soon regard this issue, But no one call me this issue.
