Myself KIRANRAJ V, I have registered my business in Justdial on December 2021 by the marketing executive Mr Anand and after few months I didn’t get sufficient leads so i informed the marketing executive regarding that and he intimated me to upgrade my package to PDG. So that ican hold the position at my convenient location and i can get assured Leads. After that I have upgraded my package exactly after 10 days, the leads generation went backwards to previous position itself. After that I was literally fed up with Justdial and decided to quit it and raised a complaint to quit the process of ECS to the customer care but then that was a very very bad experience that I had from the JUSTDIAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT. They intentionally drag the process very hard and Then I visited Justdial office on 19 August 2021 at Chennai(No 184-187, 3rd Floor, B Block, Temple Steps Chennai - Nagapattinam Highway, Anna Salai, Little Mount, Saidapet, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600015).
There I met Mrs JAYARANI PALANI she intimated me “that I can’t get refund for this month due to delay of time ( which is done by customer support) even though I accepted it and I asked her to “stop my ECS atleast now” then she said yes sir and I have stopped your ECS. Then I got a message from Justdial that your ECS Stop request has been resolved ( I’ll attach the Screenshot below ). Then I thought that the problem solved and hereafter they won’t deduct money from my account (for your kind information- they won’t send any kind of notification that they have been deducted money from your account everytime we need to check our bank statements only so that we can know that JUSTDIAL deducted). Now after 3months 11/11/2022 randomly I have visited my bank statements literally I was shocked that (Justdial) they were deducting money from my account still .Then I contacted customer support and had a convo, then I came to know that they had deducting money for past 2 months. As usual without any kind of intimation ( I have attached the screenshot below).
I would request you all who got the similar issue in past or if any of your friends/relatives got the similar issue, please sign this petition and help to stop this ECS service provided by Just Dial. I already became a victim to this. It shouldn’t happen with others.
