[Resolved] JustDial.com — deducting payments after requesting closure emails | |||||
Its been 4 months since our company has been trying stop the just dial package. We emailed them several times for the closure and inspite repeated reminders, just dial didn't close the ecs. Just dial kept deducting money from my hdfc account and it's a shame that i was not informed about my balance was in negative. I have all the proofs and recordings of just dial. They just dusted the case saying we can't stop ecs. They are frauds and now they are saying that we haven't deducted any amount and the bank is saying the -27900 is because of the hold on their payments The bank says the moment i will deposit 27000 it will go into just dials account.
