JustDial.com — Delay in cancellation of ECS and contract of Diet clinic Faridabad
Dear Sir or Madam,
Refer to the below mail for the cancellation of our ECS and our contract. We have sent a request for the same on April 27, 2022, and are following it up with just dial for more than 10 days, but still the ECS cancellation has not been done. Today we spoke to customer service, but it was of no use. She also told us that we would get a call from the concerned department. 12 may is the ECS date and we do not want our ECS to be deducted, so kindly treat this matter as urgent and get our ECS stopped.

We are really confused by the representatives of Just Dial and feel cheated by the facts they hide while securing business. We have made payments of more than Rs.12000/- since February 2022 not a single useful enquiry for our business.
