Hi Team, We have registered the company with JD on April 2023 and we have called JD executive to Stop the ECS as we are stopped our small business due to financial issue but executive is denying to stop the ECS. During delivering the service, the sales person told us we can stop the ECS anytime but now we trying to reach the JD team they wont updating about the ECS being stop. I am still waiting reply on the issue . There wont be any update on stopping ECS.
