JustDial.com — ECS Fraud by JustDial

One of the JustDial executives (Mr Deepak Thakur [protected]) had committed fraud on the pretext of the fake and fraudulent promise made to me on the ECS purchase followed by the invoice numbers DL0124SE11027682 and DL0124RC10522015. I have raised the concern many times by calling customer service but no appropriate resolution was received. Despite my confirmation to stop my ECS and services, services were not stopped. It’s been more than a week, I haven’t received any response from your concern team (Mr Aakash). Based on this I have suffered mental harassment for calling up daily to JustDial for customer care but no solution was received, just false promises from the ECS Concern team.
