[Resolved] JustDial.com — ecs is deducted even after agreement is over | |||||
We are trying to stop our ECS from past 3 months since may 2018 but all in vain. Just dial Pune office is the biggest fraud and there customer support of Pune office is also a big fraud. Even my contract of 1 year is over they are still deducting ECS from my bank account and taken three months advance from us . So technically there should be a deduction of only 9 months ECS as three month advance EMI is already paid by me. Followingis the last mail is sent to them from us in June. But still the ECS is deducted. I believe it's some kind of fraud Justdial is doing with many of its customers as I can see tons of complaints online against just dial and we need to launch an official cyber crime complaint against them. Email sent to just dial: No one is replying to our emails and picking up call on[protected]. Are Pune office people are sleeping OR they are such Lazy that they cannot pick up the phone. If there is someone monitoring the quality standards of service in Just Dial Ltd. then kindly make a note of our this email on priority. I am the Director of Laqshya Insititute and we are trying to raise our request to stop the ECS since May 26, (Our first official mail sent from [protected]@laqshya.in to [protected]@justdial.com) After this there were 3 email sent to sam ID and 2 emails on chetan.[protected]@justdial.com but all in vain as per mr.chetan he didnt recieved any of my mails yesterday. Please be informed that we have given request to STOP THE ECS debit as our contract for 1 year will be over on 31.07.2018. Following is the details of our contract : This is an official request to kindly stop our ECS payment from immediate effect. The amount of ECS is being debited is Rs.2950/- We have paid 3 Months Advance EMI, which should be refunded. As our agreement will be over on 31.07.2018, consider this as our official request to stop the agreement. Since we are not going to renew the agreement, so there is no need for 90 days notice. Kindly reply with confirmation of stopping the ECS with justdial & 3 months advance emi details are as below - 3 Advance EMI Amount - Rs.8850 Date[protected] Receipt No MH0717RC00035054 Our Listing in Pune is in the name of "LAQSHYA INSTITUTE OF SKILLS TRAINING" Registered Number is [protected] If our ECS debit is not stopped once the agreement is over then we will take appropriate steps to register official complaints with Consumer Forum and with RBI, for misusing our ECS mandate.
