JustDial.com — ECS is not stopped & Justdial not ready to terminate the contact

I, chauhan -[protected](lotus palace, nashik) had a registered to Justdial paid services years ago. Post vivid my business was not running well. I have requested to Justdial team to stop the ecs service 28/07/2020. But by giving reasons they have indirectly & forcefully continued the contract...i am sending the screen shots of the mail. After that Ithere was co-vid in my family, i was involved in family affiars & my business was just crawiling.
On 12/07/22 i again opted for stop ecs service & terminate the contract.
Still ecs got deducted from my bank & i received a message that ****ecs stands continued.
My business i collapsed & even in loss they are fooling me & trying to EARN money in others loss. I asked to costumer care that i shall send notice " but they replied that there is no need to send notice as our association is more old than ३ years, do contract can be terminated via app.
Sorry to say but Justdial wants to continue the contract in any way possibl... I will have to go to consumer court demanding (Rs.1300 per month x 21 months= 27, 300) as my contract is not terminated even after giving notice on mail . & Any how we try to stop the contract, we automatically get the following message :

Dear CUSTOMER
As per our recent discussion & agreement terms your ECS stands continued. We look forward to having a strong business relationship in days to come.

I want to stop my ecs, or for further ecs i will also claim market intrest along with principal as i am liable to pay to banks providing LOAN the same,
I am attaching the screenshot of emails sent to Justdial in 28/07/2020.
I have CONTACTed with costumer care last week, they said that we will send you a link, you shall get the auto stop ecs option over there- then they sent me play store app, I stopped ecs from there, also updated that business is closed, still I am receiving notifications & calls & even after that ecs has got cut from my bank & Justdial messaged on my mobile that this Tuesday that your ecs stands continued... I am attaching the photos of the message received this tuesday 12/07/22.
