I had enrolled for JustDial subscription through ECS mandate on 12/10/2022 for my shop Shree Vishnu Enterprise. The enrollment was done via JustDial agent Mr Dipanjan Paul (Mob: [protected]). He had promised to hand-deliver all the agreement documents as well as provide copies of all the signed documents within three working days. But till date, no documents have been delivered to me. The agent is not responding to my telephone calls. JustDial is also not responding to the grievances.
On feeling unsatisfied with the service and due to recent financial constraints, JustDial was requested via email on 04/01/2023 and 11/01/2023 to cancel the service as well as to cancel the ECS mandate.
But till date, the requests have not been paid heed. The company only informs via telephone call that the service cannot be cancelled. They refuse to give anything in writing. The company has been deducted Rs 2359.00 on 17/01/2023 from my bank account using the ECS mandate even after the cancellation request. Was this information helpful? |
