[Resolved] JustDial.com — ecs not stopped and forcefully imposed their service of business listing | |||
I opted for business listing services from just dial and customer executive informed me that you need to pay cheque for 1 month and then your ecs will be deducted from you account automatically on monthly basis. If you do not like our services then you can get it deactivated. After 15-20 days i realised that i am not getting relevant enquiries as per my business keywords so i decided to deactivate my business listing. I did follow up with customer executive for 7, 8 days and sent them several mails but everytime they replied me some wrongs reason of not deactivating that business. Following up with them for whole day was really frustrating. Finally one day customer support executive told me that you ecs is stopped and contract is deactivated and no ecs will be deducted for future months. But after 2 days they deducted 2 ecs in advance and when i called them and asked for the reason of deduction of ecs after deactivation of service, he replied you have to atleast 3 months notice period for deactivation of this service as per just dial policy. So they took me payment of 3 months in 1st month of service when i request them to deactivate my business listings. This is how they are imposing their services to me.
