[Resolved]  JustDial.com — ecs service not stopping after completing 3 month notice as per there communications

I have written mail as well as done verbal communication with customer care of just dial 3 months ago and they told me you have to send mail for completing of three month notice, now i send mail again they saying it will stand contineue.
I send them mail for stopping services and ecs

Then i called customer care as not able to write proper mail in english, they many time rejected my request on call, insisting them for stop services they told me as per terms you have to complete 3 month after notice and give us mail on completing of 3 moths
