[Resolved] JustDial.com — Extra amount deducted for the business listed (Aasan hai) on just dial

Made a contract with just dial for listing business on 30/12/15.. advance paid Rs 1507, EMI amount decided was Rs 502..monthly (gave cancelled cheque) as a procedure.
As due to technical reasons ECS was not detected ( communicated by just dial Execultive) so manually gave cheques of Rs 4008 for which ECS has not gone ...
After that without informing me an ECS of Rs 229 regularly has been deducted from my current A/c .
Contract of the year was 5500, till now total amount deducted is 8494

Just dial has cheated me, by deducting extra amount that too without intimating me ..
I ask consumer court to ask just dial to immeditely stop my deducions, reimburse me extra amount deducted and an compensation for cheating me

With respect to my complain against just dial for ECS deductions on 5 th oct 2016, Just dial has not given me any response...Instead one more ECS of Rs 229 has gone through my account on 07/08/16
