[Resolved] JustDial.com — extra ecs charged without confirmation | |||
My name is Sunil Laxmanbhai Rohit and my personal and Justdial.com registered number is [protected],[protected]. I have registered my business SLR seller on justdial.com and Rakesh Yadav justdail.com agent has ECS agreement signed for only one year and three month advance payment has charged. And my contracted started[protected] and ended to[protected]. But without any confirmation and informing me extra ECs has charged on[protected] and i have complained on [protected] customer care then they have called me that we are already signed for auto renew agreement but actually they are cheated me because there are not show me any agreement for auto renew. Actually Justdial.com is fraud and cheater company because i have read same compain on this website. Please solve my problem. When i have called to Rakesh Yadav agent then he called me Justdial.com is already do this auto renew activity and cheat all people. Please solve my complaint. Was this information helpful? | |||
