An employee (vikas dubey, contact no.[protected] sweet-talked me into subscribing, assuring me of numerous benefits and a full refund if i don’t get benefits. Now it’s been more than 20 days of empty promises, I've received no benefits, and the assigned employee has vanished, conveniently blocking my calls.
Attempts to reach out to JustDial's customer service have failed, leaving me frustrated and ignored. Shockingly, they're unwilling to refund the subscription fee despite delivering none of the promised perks.
JustDial's deceitful tactics, lack of communication, and complete disregard for customer satisfaction have left me so frustrated. For proof i’ve all the screenshots and conversations i had)
