Hi,

My name is Diksha Kesari, owner of REVIVE DESIGN an Interior design firm located in Mira road, Vinay nagar (Thane - 401107).

I have many concerns regarding Justdial services as follows.

1) Wrong Pitching by the sales executive Ms / Mrs. RIcha, and Hiren Chotalia about the leads / services.

2) No leads even after the first ECS debit i.e. on 20th June, 2023. After many follow ups they told me they need gumasta and Udyam Aadhar to start the service.

Even after providing all the documents asked from them.. I'm not receiving enough leads, only 6-7 leads till date that too from different parts of mumbai...

* I had clearly told sales executives that I want leads from nearby areas and they had agreed to the same. for the sake of their targets. I want strict action to be taken against sales executive Rich and Hiren for misleading*

2) In just 20days second ECS debit happened... It was conveyed by Mr. Hiren that service date will be considered after the Gumasta is submitted. Kindly confirm the service start date.

I have already lost total of Rs. 9, 440 / - deducted from my account. and no service provided in return.

kept calling on their registered no. i.e. "[protected]" but the customer support executive ketp tricking me every time with irrelivent solutions. everytime they told me I will receive a call back within 24hours but never happend.

I also mailed on just dial email.id provided by customer support executive [protected]@justdial.com, [protected]@justdial.com even after a couple of followups they never bothered to respond. *Fraudsters*

I want to stop my upcoming ECS debits and dont want their so called service anymore. But they customer executives now saying it will take 3months to stop from the date of application.

But at the start the sales executive had conved that I will have to inform /mail to them only eight days prior before next ECS debit to stop further services if not sattisfied.

Their service is worst... they are liars just fooling around small scale business... and looting their money in the hope to get more relevant leads.

Kindly look into the matter at the earliest,

and help me to stop the further ECS debits on emidiate basis. FRAUDSTERS.

Kindly assist me for ECS cancellation on emmidiate basis, I can't afford to lose money any further. Services are really very poor. sales executives are uneducated or simply they lie, mislead, give false information etc.
