I have been subscribed with just dial for listing the my name as Adv Shivam Sharma Associates, Akola having registered number [protected] with your just dial company. Sir it is submitted that i am very disappointed with service i got from your company and i have not got 100 lead per month which has been committed by your company employee Vinod Yamgawali and company .It is further submitted that i got 33 total lead till today in which more than 17 are Competitor lead and repeated numbers which is of no use for anyone and which can not be said as a lead.Your employee Vinod Yamgawali taken my mobile to explain feature of app and in the garb of explaining the feature he accepted the terms of invoice challan which i came to know today.Therefore in this way your company and employee done malpractice as well as deficiency in service. Hence i do not wish to continued my subscription/ listing with your just dial company and request you to cancel my subscription with immediate effect.As your company failed to fulfilled all commitments as promised by you and employee.The above said request has been already made with your employee Vinod Yamgawali on his email 1/11/22.
It is requested to do needful thing at the earliest and refund the entire amount of my payment in my account which has been share with you for ECS payment.
