Just dial took 3 months advance and 1 ECS first without starting service. Even after constantly compalining on thier customer care FOR 1 MONTH they did not cancel my service and took ANOTHER ECS PAYMENT WITHOUT MY APPROVAL.
Till today we have complained at multiple forums but no refund and no leads either. At the time of contract promised 90 leads a day and we have till now seen 14 leads in 2 months all FAKE. Sales person stopped picking calls, customer care not giving call backs.
I would like to lodge a Police and consumer forum complain for FRAUD. Was this information helpful? |
