Sir/Ma\"am, I have been convinced by Mr. Pankaj Thakur( sales representative ) about the Plan for my business growth digitally. He offered me Plan Rs 1475 per month. I got ready to take this plan for month but he told me that I have to pay for minimum two months Rs 2975, even then I got ready to subscribe my plan for initial two two months, that is for june-july and july- august 2022. he then told me that this amount will be adjusted for the last two months of the year and I have to take plan for the whole year, then I clearly refused to take any plan . I put my condition if I got it for beginning two months, I m ready and if I like the services, I will continue my services ahead. He then called his senior, he came at my shop, they both assured me that my plan will be activated for beginning two months. On this assurance I got ready to take this plan but he got my signs on a form saying, its a formality to activate my plan, I asked him that the form says for further autodebit but he convinced me again that without my further consent, my plan will not be continued and no money will be debited from my account. Now a further amount Rs1475 has been debited from my account whereas I refused to continue this plan after two months and the amount Rs 2975 has already paid by me for two months subscription. If further amount debited my account its clear he misguided me and this absolutely a fraud done with me by Mr Pankaj Thakur. I complaint on just dial number and mentioned many times about my issue. One of your calling representative Mr Siddhart discuissed my issue eloborately and he took Mr Pankaj Thakur on conference call. Pankaj tried to tell a lie but siddharth was sartisfied with my concerend and directed him to get my plan activated for beginning two months sending to his concern manager. My plan against my paid amount Rs2975 got activated on 10th of july as my leads had stared to come on my business. but now the main issue is that why my further amount Rs 1475 has been debited from my account whereas I refused to continue my plan after two months subscription, I have already paid for, Rs 2950/- I informed Mr Siddharth who took me and Mr pankaj Thakur on conference call on [protected] then why it is so. I m distressed about the services and fraud done with me . I want my money Rs 1475/- back into my account which has been debited from my account in spite of my refusal and wanted to be taken an action on this fraudulent, Mr Pankaj Thakur, the concerned sales reperesentative . If company was unable to take an action against this guy and don`t revert my money from autodebit process I won`t have any option besides going consumer court. I have all call records doing with Mr pankaj Thakur and complaint portal . I even called today on complaint portal and explained everything with MR Rajeev Chaudhary but even though I did not get any resolution. Mr Pankaj Thakur was not taking my calls for many days. Hopping for best solution because just dial is a big brand but ur executives and representative are doing fraud by hook or by crook. I dont want to continue my plan ahead . So I requested too to deactivate my subscription after consuming my paid money which was for initial two months, June- july and July -August 2022 and want to get my money back into my account which is debited by autodebit process that is Rs 1475.
