Sir, i had taken a 4 month trial pack of just dial company in november 2019. Just dial's representative vishal bal had activated my 4 month trial pack. I used the service for 4 months. I did not get any benefit from it so i had to stop the service after 4 months. But his representative vishal bal did not respond to my calls and sms in last 5 months. And 3500 ecs from the bank was deducted from just dial every month. I had no other option but to shut down the service. There was a lockdown. If you call just dial, they will tell you that there are less employees and it is taking time for you to provide the service. And i was told by just dial that you will get a call back from us. As i had no choice. Despite repeated calls, they have cut my last 5 months ecs for no reason. Now that the amount has gone down in lockdown for no reason, i had just asked just dial customer care to stop the service and back today rs 3500 has been deducted from my account.
