JustDial.com — Fraud person help needed urgently

I was searching baby name change agent in Bangalore. Few people called me back but one guy called from just dial saying all the legal work will be done and make fake promises and too advance of 1000rs . Now he is not interested to do work nor return my money back .. what should I do ? I really trusted this guy because he was from just dial . Now this happened . His number is [protected] name is Venkat . Can anyone help me???
