We are availing just dial services from[protected], and from the beginning onwards and not receiving any proper services and responses which committed by your executive. Received the first call from your TME, Ms.Aiswarya and based on that your Executive Mr.Riyas met us for further discussion, and all the procedures done by Mr.Riyas. Your executive committed to us that following at the time of discussion 1. While discussion with Ms.Iswarya committed that our name will be listed in first 3 listings, At the final stage of contract signing they told the first three listing transferred into bidding policy so cannot include with this package.(Wrong offers given and took the order) 2. We given first payment on february and they told the services will be up within one month maximum, But fails the following: For website creation they took almost 2 months Till now not issued JD certificate Till now not created App for IOs and Android 3. For Domain JD told customer need to purchase and hand over the detail to JD. based on that we purchased the domain and handed over the details(Attached the screenshot sent to Mr.Riyas/ Attached the mail sent to JD). But JD purchased them self a domain (not took our suggestions) and deducted the money form our account. And till now not conveyed us the username and password of the domain which you purchased also lost our money. 4. From the beginning onwards we fed up with Just dial services, and the management took decisions to cancel the services on July onwards, for that we sent mails to Just dial called Mr.Riyas and Ms.Aiswarya. She is not picking the phone and Riyas always making the phone busy and not reply in proper manner( all the screenshots attached for your references). And also if required we are ready to submit the voice call recordings ( through proper channel) for the same based on the request by concern person.We are unnecessarily paying money from last June onward. Before 2 weeks we called Mr.riyas and he told he will do the needful for cancel the services but on 15th november again deducted the subscription amount. 5. At the time of contract Riyas conveyed us that the subscription is for 12 Months and its price is around 49, 560.00.
