Hello i am the part of just dial special batch, i did training for 3 days, after that my gd was cunducted by onkar sir, i clear that round then my final one on one interview with zeel mam, i clear that also and i joined ur organisation on 3rd july... I submitted my documents to you and my salary account has been made... Now i guess by this whole process it is clear that now i m the employee o[censored]r company coz u said that ' ajse apki salary chalu ho gayi ' then my training started from 5th july... On 2nd day of training that is on 6th july, we r told by our trainee prachi mam that we have to give interview again to zeel mam... So we follow that... Plz note here mam... My final round was taken by zeel mam... She selected me for jd.. But now again i had to go to her and gave her my interview... After that me and other 3 boys r told to wait... Then we r said to give 2nd round to nikita mam... I answer everything to her... But then zeel mam said 'dear u r rejected ' On 3rd junly u made my salary account, collected my documents that means i got job in just dial... I told to parents, friends family... All were happy If i dont deserve this job then why they didnt reject me before 3rd july... That is on special batch last day training... Aditi mam said that u r disqualify in training period... Plz just dial tell me, on 2nd day of training which company disqualifies his employee?? If they r saying that i m disqualify in training then explain me training procedure? And if they r saying i m rejected in interview then explain me interview procedure? Becoz i dont think after documentation any company again conducts the interview and reject the employee.. I was already selected for hgs solution.. But i left that & i came to just dial... But now nothing in my hand... I spend almost 10 to 12 days with this people...
