[Resolved] JustDial.com — Just dial jd omni product | |||||
Hi, On 30th july'15 your executive mr. akash met me for jd omni product (website, application etc etc... his mail attached). he told initial fee of rs. 3500 for product creation and it will come to us for testing for two months. if we feel okay about we can continue with monthly fee of rs.3450. After that he was non-contactable and hence the bank cheque of rs.3500/ could not be cleared. Neither he turned for the product process nor the contract for website/application came into picture from responsible representative from justdial. Suddenly on 23rd rs.3450 debited from my account. when inquired it was ecs mandate. My concerns:- The initial product not created as per our requirement & discussion/contract has not come into place. how come the ecs cleared from my account that too within 22 days which was suppose to come for clearance after two months of product creation. I contacted customer care but so far i have not received any suitable response. Writing this mail to you for a speedy resolution.
