My Complaint number raised on 19-December-2017 is marked as RESOLVED... which is still OPEN yet.

Donno, How did this happen..

Dear sir / madam,

Date of the incident : 14 - september - 2017
Client name : vasanth
Client number : [protected]
Desirable resiolution : refund the money back.

I was contacted by vasanth, who introduced he was working for just dial,
Early september 2017

Our startup concern required marketing for our business through any marketing sources.

As vasanth was in contact and gave trustworthy commitments.
I'd personally suggested our concern to go through with just dial vasanth
Where he had promised an offer package (Valid for 2 years) commitments asd below for our business.

Offer package commitments :

our business shall receive calls and messages on d aily basis.
payment by cheque in for inr 17, 000 (Handed over the cheque on 14 / 09
/ 2017)
offer valid for 2 years

With these commitments, got approval from our management to proceed.

We awaited for his input from the date he received cheque. But invain, we
Never got a call / message from his side, never yet.

After some repeated calls, where he picks up and says always, that his manager is on leave, or i'm currently doing your work.. I really have no idea on the same. Please check the clippings correspondingly with
Date.

He not only spoiled our friendship and relationship, but also the concern he
Is working for.

The main conversation where he was caught in conference, where he don't
Know what that offer pack stands for.

I've got some conversation recordings on the same to show, how much height he has driven us into frustration and false promises .

We were mentally and physically worried about the happenings, as it is still going on till this year end. Where he was never bothered about the customer to visit nor contacted. I couldn't imagine if there are persons in the world, who
Would be happily seated somewhere driving customer much worried and
Their money in stake.

A customer should be happy and they should refer your concern happily.



as there were no healthy sign of him, who never visited us to explain nor
Bothered to call. I've came to just dial office on 08 december 2017

We strongly trust that your support would be bring justice to get the money
Back sooner and take appropriate action on this regard.

The voice recordings of the Attachments are briefed below.

: Asked him why the calls are not attended. Vasanth says
Gone Bangalore and its Roaming. As well as he was on 20 days leave.

: Vasanth was in Conference, where he don't know what
that Offer pack stands for.

solve, as Manager was in multiple leaves.(Shown many excuses with
superiors condition)

Also, there were more than 100 calls made to him, where few calls were
attended by Vasanth.

Vasanth, had neither shown interest nor did a Customer Visit.

If he says that he had visited Our place once after the issue, we don't
want the money back. Does he ?

This clearly shows that he shows a very lethargically interest in the job
he had taken, where customer was badly affected, likewise the concern he
is in.

We again trust and rely on your process to get our money back with
appropriate action taken.

I was told by Just Dial executive. that I shall receive a call by last saturday (16-December-2017) to get this resolved by this Monday (16-December-2017). But unlucky, didn't get any call.

Upon my call enquiry, seems like they have not looked into the issue.
This is not happening for the First time, where promised call back from Just Dial were not happening.
We have the records for the same to show how many times in past Just Dial Team had committed for a call back and never called.

Couldn't hold my patience. Extremely Poor Service and total negligence to the Customer.

Just an update.

Meanwhile, someone called for solar enquiry from justdial 2 days. I told them clearly, if their communication channel is through jusdial, then I'm really Sorry that I won't be able to support them. (Communication Recorded)

Today got a call from Just Dial Helen for Internet service.. Explained her that the complaint has to be rectified. She agreed the same to contact me in future.
No guarantee yet.
