I am business owner of Indian Business Service Force, i have been miscommunicated by Just Dial Sr. Sales Manager Mr. Ravi Prakash Singh
and Taken 4720/- say First two month Advance EMI and after a week saying your service will active after clearance of 1st EMI, I said i have paid 1st 2 EMIs. Now i saying No that is last two month Advance EMI.
So by this manner they are cheating to the customer, They are confusing to the customer and later they blame customer its self that they are lying. I have paid money to lie with Just Dial Manager.
I request to Just Dial Customer complaint redressal team that Its very start and i have got very bad Experience Sr. Sales Manager (as per visiting Card). I will not continue with Just Dial. Please refund my Money.
