On 21 jul a Justdial executive came to our office.He took amount of 7080 from us and told us first emi will be debited after activation. All documents were provided to them on 21 jul. They were so incapable they activated account after 20 days on 9 aug, were were billed for this period also and 1 more emi also debited although account is still not proper. All categories are wrongly selected by him saying u can change later.Since 9 aug we are struggling to add relevant categories and remove irrelevant. Neither Rajat nor his seniors pick call and never call back. After lot of requests he visited our office only once and still not resolved anything.
Even their customer support keep transferring calls to each other.
They told you can stop ecs whenever you want and now saying you cannot stop before a year.
We have all call recordings and cctv footage.
