[Resolved] JustDial.com — never provided contract copy, misinformed about ecs and deposit, and denying to stop ad | |||||
Parth bhatt from jd contacted me in september 2017 at ahmedabad. I started ad with them, they told me monthly payment of 2360 will be debited every month, and there is 3 month advance cheque, as it takes time to activate ecs. He told me that as cheque is taken, ecs will be debited only after 3 months, they never provided me contract agreement which had all payment related terms and conditions. They send email that only says important contract details are there in this email but there is no attachments, they started ecs on very next month, when contacted they told me that contract duration is one year so last two months payment will not be debited from ecs and will be taken from this cheque amount, which initially they did not inform, on repeatedly asking for contract agreement, i never received. I wanted to stop this ad, now they are telling me ecs will continue as per contract agreement, and it will take 90 days to stop ecs, while i contacted bank, they told me once initiated, ecs stop process can be done within 15 days. They are not stopping the ad, not refunding the advance amount, and over and above continuing to debit ecs. Was this information helpful? | |||||
