[Resolved] JustDial.com — non-continuation of jd service was due to delay in service provided and wrong commitment. | |||||
We at smartkidz dombivli are very frustrated due to improfessional behaviour from just dial.com Initially it was said that trial period of 1 month shall be given and if found effective shall be continued for 1 year or till we find effectiveness of service. And after trial period of 1 month in case of ineffectiveness, jd manager mr. Rishikesh kale had promised that the analysis is to be done by jd team on the effectiveness of service for next 1 month and suggestion would be given to make it more profitable. Apart from that it would be sole decision of customer to continue the plan or ecs would be deactivated from the next month. After that we had purchased an open package of rs. 500 per month, which didnt activate for 2 weeks from our purchse date. Hence our purpose of taking it was not solved. So we requested to the executive and accounts department to stop the ecs payment. Going through our bank account. Despite this we had a ecs cutting on monday for a service we had well in advance opted out. Now we wish to discontinue the service was due to delay in service provided and wrong commitment from mr. Rushikesh kale & mr. Subhash mishra. Kindly help us. Was this information helpful? | |||||
