[Resolved] JustDial.com — non stopping of ecs | |||
Inspite of repeated intimation, the just dial company is not stopping ecs in our account giving a reason that we have a give a notice period of atleast three months for which we have to pay and also after that the two months security will also not adjusted with that. On speaking to the customer care executives, they are not ready to clarify the issue and somehow trying to continue the ecs. The faith on which we have made a contract with just dial has totally gone. False commitments and wrong guidence being the major part. No senior person is ready to deal and lower staff who dont even have enough atticates to talk to a customer are halding customer relation. Was this information helpful? | |||
