[Resolved] JustDial.com — Not cancelling my ECS | |||||
I am running a Ad "Mahiya Ladies PG" in Justdial.com. Due to unsatisfactory service I decided to cancel the contract with Justdial. As per my contract, Justdial will be deducting Rs.4025 permonth through ECS and minimum for 9 months for sure. Now, 9 months have been completed and I want to cancel my ECS with Justdial but they are not approving my request through mail. When ever I raise a request on this, All they say is "Our executive will be visiting you shortly" and close the request in mail mentioning, "As per our recent discussion & agreement terms, your ECS stands continued. We look forward to having a strong business relationship in days to come." Is there any possible way to stop my ECS ? Was this information helpful? | |||||
