[Resolved]  JustDial.com — Packers and movers

Hello Team,

I have stopped my packers and movers contract with just dial before 4.5 month and regarding that sent several emails and calls to just dial customer support but still they are deducting ECS from my account and since i don't have enough amount in my account and hence its charging me ECS bounce amount 3 times in every month.

Its strange that after several calls to their customer support and emails conversation and also after confirmation, my query is still in active state.

I have very bad experience with just dial company.

I am requesting to consumer complaint department to look into this issue.
